Prabhas is unmarried, but rumours of him being close to Anushka Shetty have been doing rounds for more than a year now. Prabhas has also been rumoured to be in a relationship with Ileana D’Cruz in the past.

Family

The stunning actor is the son of the famous Telugu producer Uppalapati Surya Narayana Raju and Siva Kumari. He has two siblings - sister Pragathi and elder brother Pramod Uppalapati. Krishnam Raju, another big name in the Telugu Film Industry, is the uncle of Prabhas.

Career

Prabhas marked his debut with the film Eeswar in the year 2002. The actor earned the highest amount of praise for his role in the blockbuster Baahubali series. Baahubali 2: The conclusion (2017) broke all records and became the first-ever Indian movie to earn 1,000 crores.

Awards

His role in the movie Mirchi (2013) helped him grab hold of the Nandi Award for Best Actor (state award for Telugu cinema). He also won the CineMaa award for Best Actor (Jury) for his role in the movie Darling (2010).

Trivia

Prabhas is the first Indian actor from the south to be waxed in the Madame Tussaud's wax museum. The actor reportedly went to coma during the shooting of Baahubali: The Beginning after falling from a horse while doing a scene.
