War box office collection
War is the latest Hindi/Bollywood movie to release in Indian movie halls this weekend, on October 2. Given the advantage of an extended weekend, War has made big strides at the Indian box office, with the highest opening day for a Hindi film in India. War has grossed about Rs 100 crores in the first 3 days, while the Saturday earnings took it to Rs 125 in four days. The movie will comfortably cross the Rs 150 crore mark this week.
Joker box office collection
Joker is the only major Hollywood movie to release in India this week. The A-rated Joker hasn't managed to make quite the dent at the Indian box office, given stiff competition from War and Sye Raa. Joker, until Saturday, grossed about Rs 10 crores in India.
Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy box office collection
Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy is the major Tollywood release this month. With superstars like Chiranjeevi and Amitabh Bachchan in lead roles, Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy managed to gross a whopping Rs 132 crores in the first three days. On the way to hit the Rs 200 crore-mark, Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy has made the majority of its collections from Telugu cinemas.
Dream Girl box office collection
Released early last month, Dream Girl has now overtaken the overall box office collections of Ayushmann Khurrana's Stree and has crossed Rs 129 crores at the Indian box office collection.
Chhichhore box office collection
The Nitesh Tiwari directorial, Chhichhore, crossed the Rs 100 crore collection mark in the second week of release and is now slowly inching its way towards the Rs 150 crores number as the movie goes out of movie theaters across India.
